PDF muestra-certificado.pdfEvery company gets its own address. Your sub's mobile and email are picked up from the forwarded message, because the certificate doesn't carry them.
If it isn't fixed, it repeats on day 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28, Monday to Saturday, 9 to 6. When the corrected certificate arrives, it's read automatically and the messages stop.
Type a Florida construction license number, or the business name. The answer comes from DBPR's public licensee file, which PaperworkRunner loads every week.

No. Florida law puts the duty on you, the contractor: Rule 69L-6.032 says the contractor shall obtain evidence of each sub's coverage or exemption. PaperworkRunner assists with that duty: it reads what your subs send, records what the state's records showed and when, and asks for what's missing. It doesn't confirm coverage is in force, and it doesn't decide what to require or who can work; that's your call, with your insurance advisor.
PaperworkRunner saves what the certificate and the state's records showed on that date, with the source. Coverage can change afterward; that's why PaperworkRunner re-checks and asks for documents before they expire.
No. They get a link that shows what's missing. With one tap they send the request to their agent, or upload a new certificate. There's nothing to download.
No. We do not sell, solicit, negotiate, or advise on insurance. Your agent still tells you what to require; PaperworkRunner does the asking and the filing.
Rule 69L-6.032 accepts a screen print of the state's Proof of Coverage or Exemption search. A certificate of insurance counts only if it shows the seven items the rule lists, including policy dates that cover the dates the sub worked, and if work continues past the expiration, you need new proof. Under the rule, a contractor that obtains proper proof isn't issued a stop-work order for the sub's failure, as long as its own employees are covered. PaperworkRunner opens the right search, saves your screenshot with the date and time, and asks for new proof before the old one expires.

If a W-9 lands in your PaperworkRunner address, it's recognized and deleted without keeping the taxpayer number.
Coming soon: our WhatsApp line is being approved. Once it's live, PaperworkRunner messages a sub on WhatsApp only after the sub says yes themselves, from their link or by sending us a message from their phone. You can invite them; you can't sign them up. Until then, you can send them their link from your own WhatsApp. They can reply STOP (or BAJA) at any time.
Yes. A month-to-month plan ends at the end of the paid month. A yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year and then stops renewing. Payments aren't refunded. Free plan: reminders for up to 5 subs a month and 10 reads a month. No card needed. It doesn't cover your whole roster.
Free plan: reminders for up to 5 subs a month and 10 reads a month. No card needed. It doesn't cover your whole roster. It's for contractors; agencies are set up with us. Once 5 subs have received reminders in a month, the others get none until the 1st; removing or replacing a sub doesn't free its place. If a read fails, it doesn't count. When a limit is reached, reminders and reads resume on the 1st, or when you upgrade to a paid plan.
A read covers up to 5 pages of one document; a certificate is usually one. A 12-page PDF counts as 3, and a photo counts as 1. PDFs over 20 pages aren't read: we tell you, and you send just the certificate pages. If a read fails, it doesn't count.
You can keep adding subs, and PaperworkRunner keeps reading their documents. We let you know in the app and by email, and you have 14 days to move to the right plan; after that, reminders pause for the newest subs beyond your plan's limit.
