| Techos Ejemplo LLC | Ready to quote | Nothing |
| Muestra Tile & Stone LLC | Waiting on client | Loss runs from 2 prior carriers; payroll by class code |

Live today: your clients' sub paperwork
What your team sees for the subs on each contractor client's jobs. Sample data. Every company and person here is invented.
Every contractor client, and where each one's sub file stands today. Each client is the certificate holder for its own subs, with its own requirements.
| Client | Clear | Needs a closer look | Doesn't meet requirements | No certificate yet |
|---|
When a certificate falls short, the sub's own agent gets this, in English, with a copy to the sub. Replies with a new certificate go straight back into the file.

- Proof of insurance
- Limits, dates, the holder's name, and the coverage wording you require, like additional insured, read from a PDF or a phone photo. Each finding shows the line of the document it came from.
- The state license
- Current and active in DBPR's construction licensee file, refreshed every week. Florida DBPR
- Workers' comp
- A policy, or an exemption and who it covers. Your office looks it up in the state's search from the sub's page, and PaperworkRunner saves the result with the date and a screenshot. Florida Division of Workers' Compensation
- Stop-work orders
- Looked up the same way in the state's stop-work order database, and saved with the date and a screenshot. Florida Division of Workers' Compensation
Nothing new for your clients
Your team, or your clients, forward the subs' paperwork to your agency's PaperworkRunner address, or the sub sends a photo from their phone. No portal for anyone to learn. The holder's name on each one tells PaperworkRunner which client it belongs to, and messages go out in the client's name.
Into your own system
